So, this older looking woman came into Trader Joe's today, about to check out at my register, about 30-40 years old, wearing an old Taking Back Sunday hoodie, back from their "Tell All Your Friends" days. With "Your Best Bet" on the front and a big colorful print on the back. I asked her, "by any chance, would you want to sell that hoodie to me?" considering I like older merch, because of nostalgia of some of my favorite shows, especially seeing Taking Back Sunday when I did. She doesn't say anything, but she begins to take off the hoodie, and she throws it at me. She insists that I take it, even though I offered to pay for her groceries, like $11+, and she still refused to take my offer. She said she didn't even know what the hoodie was, and she wore it enough. It did its job and kept her warm on many days, and she had no problem parting with it because it was enough that she was making someone's day. And that made my day today.
It's awesome how people like that exist.

So today my goldfish died.
:(

But on a brighter note, I sent this guy who makes custom shoes, a base shoe, and it took months but he finally finished my
custom shoes and they arrived today.
But before I even opened them, I noticed my fish died, so I buried him in the backyard.
I was actually pretty sad about it.
When I get older, I want to have a huge fish tank with like 20 fish in it.
And whenever I wear my shoes, I'll think of him.
I never even had fish growing up for that long.
This goldfish lived for about 3 years.
And he had a great story behind him.
He was even really sick once, and he fought and he was healthy again.
I know he was just a fish, but I like, would wake up and see him swimming, or fall asleep watching his fins flow like windy curtains.
I really did love that fish.
Rest in peace Nemo Houdini.

So 4th of July was a blast.
I went to AC and Point Pleasant for the weekend with Tiff, James Affuso, James Murray and Alex.
It was a lot of fun.
I'm gonna spare details, cause I'm gonna be editing the video soon, but we did go-karts, collected mussels on the beach and showered with them, fucked up the bathtub drain, played with a stingray in the hotel room for hours.
Point Pleasant had such a great minigolf course.
No fireworks, because apparently there were too many people, so for fire hazard reasons, the fireworks were delayed until tomorrow.
Such a great and funny weekend.
The buffet in AC was amazing.
"Nick I have to show you something."
"Tell me he's back."
I made $10 bucks on roulette.
Hahaha.

Brian Lesser moved to NC and he had this party in his backyard.
A bunch of kids were there.
I had to go to give him my best wishes.
I played Beer Pong with Will Pegasus and we won.
I played with Johnny twice, and we lost.
Hahaha.
But Will is so fucking funny & I love when he talks on and on.
Me, Max, Johnny and Will picked up Konrad and went to the diner, and just hung out all night until the sun came up.
It seriously was soooo funny.
A 60 sleeve.
Konrad went back, and Max, Johnny, Will and I went to the church, but only Johnny and I went on the roof.
It was so nice, since the sun just rose, and I have to film what I saw.
It's just so perfect.

Frisbee has been really really fun.
I love playing for 4 hours straight.
Sweet Hauppauge vs. Smithtown game, and then afterwards, we played together and did shoes and everyone on my team did really well.
I'd like to think I played good D, and Jordan and I made a lot of great passes, especially the last one where I just kept running until I was in the endzone.

I just love friz, and all the Smithtown kids we played and played with were really cool.
I hope I can get my hands on 2 pairs of the Blue Lobsters soon, and I'm going to Cayman Islands this weekend.
My birthday is coming up, but my parents, sister, Alex and Ada are going on a cruise, so I'll have the house to myself, so I want to have a bunch of my friends over, where everyone contributes and brings a dish.
That should be a blast.

Haven't updated in awhile.
A couple nights ago, I slept over Konrads.
Played Mario Kart 64.
So fucking funny.
I love Konrad to death.

A lot of Puzzle Fighter.
A lot of Mario 64.
Got back in to smash a bit.
I seriously love frisbee so much.
We play an average of 3 hours.
And everyone is looking to play indoors.

My Nike SB collection continues to grow.
My latest pick ups were:

2nd pair of De La Souls, 2nd Peacocks to sell, and finally got my hands on the Singapore only release of the Marge Simpsons.
Lol, I forgot to write about this, I met up with this guy in Queens for the Marge Simpsons, and he's like a really good friend with Emmure, and he gave me an Emmure T-shirt.
And as I'm leaving, he yells, "HEY! Do you smoke weed?"
"Uh, no."
"Alright, sick bro."
And walked inside.

I finally watched Troll 2.
So fucking funny.
I saw A.I. for the first time a couple weeks ago and I absolutely loved it.
I went to Palisades Mall one day with Alex, Ada and Tiff for Colette's 1st birthday.
My favorite baby ever.

She's so fucking adorable, and then, we went back to their place to watch her open her presents.
I was filming, and she took her first baby steps, and we got it on camera.
It was such like a touching moment.
It was beautiful.

I work a lot.
I should really start working on my senior project.
Oh, on Friday, Tiffany and I went out east and I picked strawberries for the first time.

Tanger sucks.
I recently went to Kings Park to Hershey, and I got Cotton Candy flavored Ice Cream and it was absolutely phenomenal.
My new favorite flavor.
Hung out with Johnny and Kristen too.
I've been playing LIFE a lot.
They really should have negative characters like Drug Dealer and Robber where it's not based on salary.
And also have AfterLIFE.
When you die and you're a ghost.
And TeenLIFE.
And 9monthsLIFE.
Lol.

And I just got back from out East for this kid Eric's graduation party.
Close family friends of Tiff's and I had sooo much fun jetskiing.
But unfortunately I lost my favorite pair of sunglasses (which some old guy who shops at Trader Joe's gave me for free, because months ago I complimented him on them, and turns out they're worth $149 and now they're at the bottom of the ocean somewhere).
:(
But jetskiing is so relaxing, and just like, renewing.
There's nothing else like being out in the middle of the ocean going 50 mph, or just snaking left and right through the sea.
So nice.
I played a lot of Volleyball, badminton (my favorite, I really wish I played more), and nukem.
Nukem was so funny.
There was like, a lot of little kids.
These 2 red heads, who I think were brothers, would always throw it really hard.
So I'd always shout, "He's throwing it hard!" and run back, and it would make Tiff and everyone laugh.
Also I won in Beer Pong.
I didn't drink, but I'm so good at bounce shots.
I wish I played more, but it means my partner has to drink double.
Hahaha.

Today was just like, a perfect day out east.
I seriously love Tiffany, and days like today, bring us so close.
Hell, this summer has been really good, & I love my friends, I love Tiffany, and I'm loving life.
Life's really really good.

I haven't updated in awhile.
I've been working a lot.
I've been spending a lot of time with Johnny and that's fun.
We've been playing Friz consistently every 2 days.
Well, kinda, cause of work & rain.
But still it's frequent enough.
And we play from 9-12.
We played 5 games last time, it was so fun.
I cashed in a $100 Chili's giftcard from my bank, so I took Johnny, Kristen and Tiff out to dinner.

And I'm going to the Cayman Islands with Tiff in July.

For like, 2 weeks, we've been playing a consistent frisbee game every other day.
It's so fun, considering Chris Fischetti & Warren Foreman play with us.
They're the 2 reasons why I started playing.
Everyday after school in highschool.
One night, we played 4 6v6 games, then 2 11v11 games nonstop.
It was just like, gamepoint, then the score reset back to zero & there was no break.
I feel very healthy.
Summer is here.
I love Speed Die Monopoly.
I love HT.
I love the Hauppauge Diner on Wikipedia.
I love firepits.
I love cooking.
I love my friends.
I love PSO.
Fucking straight up grinding with Rich and James Murray.
Such a sick game so I'm glad we have a solid group to play.

I just tried Pepsi Throwback with natural sugar.
It is very good, for I love Pepsi enough already.

When I was in Atlantic City, I didn't know that Mountain Dew Revolution wasn't going to be around forever.
I'm glad I gave it a try.

I never tried, nor saw Mountain Dew Super Nova.
And boy do I miss Livewire.

There's this site called "omeglea.com" that's just a site where can chat with anonymous strangers.
It's sooo funny.
This one person, wanted to cyber, but, I didn't want to cyber, unless he was gonna get married to me.
And I went on priceline.com, and started booking flights.
I didn't save it.

But, I did get this one, and it's hysterical.
Me, James Murray, Aaron Cohen, Johnny and Rich Boccard were in the basement laughing hysterically, crying.

Thursday night I worked 2:30-11 and I only got half an hour on register.
So fucking awesome.
Mainly demo.
:)

I saw Tiffany and Courtney briefly afterwards, then I went home.
Started hanging out with this kid Rich, James Murray's friend, and he just has these amazing stories, that are so fun and entertaining to listen to.
Crazy life.
He's a really cool guy though.

Friday was such a solid day.
So fucking funny.
I woke up like, 12 ish, and me, Konrad, LaGrega went to Short Beach and met up with Tiff and Courtney.
Konrad and I got Subway before hand to eat there.
It was just such a funny time.
As soon as we get there, there's this guy by himself with a laptop.
Who brings a laptop to the beach?
He had to check his sites.
I always dig a hole at the beach, so I did that, but I also brought this kite I got for Easter.
It's a bi plane and it's very aerodynamic.
Just for the sake of doing it, I flew my kite from the hole.
It was just so fucking funny.
And Konrad was like, drawing a big dick in the sand with a big stick, and that was making me laugh a lot.
Then when we were leaving, LaGrega and Konrad made this game with this metal airplane they found on the playground, it was fucking hysterical.

Afterwards, we played frisbee at dennison with a bunch of kids.
My favorite part would have to be that Chris Fischetti showed up.
He's the reason why I even play frisbee.
like, 6 years ago, we started playing in the courtyard after school.
It was just so fun and we had some amazing plays.
It was such nostalgia.
Afterwards we HT'd it.
Then, afterwards, Johnny, Courtney, Tiff and I went to Alex's and Konrad showed up because I was making the infamous Gussied Up.
It was such a good batch.
Konrad had 8th's.
Lol.
Damn it is suchhh a good meal.
And we play Little Big Planet for a little.

Saturday, was such a good day.
Courtney went back to NYC around 12.
I finally decided not to go to Algernon Cadwallader.
Oh well, I suppose I'll catch them when they come around NY again.
I ended up going to a carnival in Westbury with Johnny, Max, Tiff, Paige, Chris and Ashley.
It was sick because Alex knows a guy, and gave me a pass for 4 free unlimited ride bracelets.
And just from talking to the guy, he gave us free cotton candy and popcorn, water and a snow cone.
Very fun, considering there weren't any lines for the rides.
We did all the rides and it was such a good time.
I loveee carnivals.
It was really fun, and everyone was laughing and having a good time.
Afterwards, Chris and Ashley parted, and the 5 of us, went back to Johnny's and played Monopoly with the "speed die" which I actually liked a lot.
I had a lottt of fun play Monopoly.
I remember Eric Mausler and I would always play after school in like Elementary/Middle School and leave the game out to continue the next day.
Hahaha but it was really fun.

Today, I spent some time with Tiff, played some friz at Hoyt, but I was really lazy, and I took a nap with Tiffy in her room.
I drove her to Deer Park and she took the train home.
I miss her dearly, and I hope I find some time this week to visit her, because I wish we had more quality time together.
I love her so.

I keep listening to "Tell All Your Friends" and "Your Favorite Weapon" and those two are such a pair.
I watch old videos, especially the whole set from their tour together at The Tulagi in Boulder, Colorado in 2002, and I just remember downloading all the videos from "punkrockvids.com"
It still gives me chills when Jesse sings "There's No 'I' in Team" or when John Nolan comes out with a megaphone during "Seventy Times Seven".
So perfect.

It's such a nostalgia, and I really don't know how to label that genre, but I seriously wish bands still had a similar sound.
I don't want to choose between dance electronica, hardcore and breakdowns, or something very experimental and indie.
And I'm partial to new TBS and BN, but it's still not the same.
I miss Sports Plus everyday, and those shows like TBS at Nassau Community College and my brother and I photocopied tickets and got in.
And I will never get sick of either album, the story between the two bands, or every single memory tied to every song.
Bring this sound back.

I liked the lineup a lot this year.
I fucking love FYS.
Josh knows me now so he gave me the mic during Heroes.

Only 6 songs, and Oli was so drunk.
Thursday blew everyone else away.
Their new stuff sounded really good and his voice just sounds amazing live.
No crowd interaction so much.
More performance than anything.
Amazing live.
I'm glad I saw them again.
The show was really fun.
Tiffy, Konrad, Alex, Ada, Julian and Nemz, Brett and BW, James and Ryan Steinberg.

The weather was nice this past weekend and Saturday night we played 2 amazing frisbee games.
Paige McCoy is mvp.
Suck my ass.

A lot of my past nights have been spent playing fucking Ganon 2000's with a variety of people.
Johnny, Max, mostly Rich Boccard, and James Murray.
I love the G2K.
So fucking funny/fun.

The past 2 weekends, Tiffany came home and I couldn't have been more happier.
I love when she's home.
I hate when we're apart.

I've been buying a lot of shoes off eBay for cheap and reselling them.
Good money.
